We present working parts at agreed milestones, gather feedback and discuss how changes affect scope and timing.

We review delivered work through agreed scenarios and clarify usage guidance, access and the boundaries of ongoing support.

Handover and support are agreed explicitly. Hosting, third-party services, data migration and subsequent changes are included only to the extent stated in the proposal.
